This was my first experience with Ann Hagerty and associates. Her and her staff did a phenomenal over-the-top job covering everything that I never thought of in advance to suggested by my realtor that I use her on the first property which I purchased that fell through choosing to use an old Realtor friend who works in Chicago proper only. Ended up losing $2500 due to his lack of efficiency and following requested direction. This was not an issue whatsoever with Annie in fact again, things were given to me without me thinking of it or even asking you can’t go wrong with this one. Don’t make the mistake of hiring anybody else in lake or Mchenry County for any of your real estate needs
