I wanted to give 0 stars because this office/staff literally would not return an email or a call. I got a referral to this specific group from another local estate planner. I initially emailed. Never heard back after several weeks. I reached out to the referring practice, and they encouraged me to try again but by calling. I waited for a couple of months and finally tried. I spoke to reception and then was given a voicemail to an associate. This was in early Nov 2024….I have never gotten even a call back to acknowledge my inquiry for services. Not a good look.
