I had Katharine Gonzalez to help me with my child custody case. She was awful literally seemed like she was representing the opposing client. On the day of court where we either went to trial or signed an agreed order she started cussing at me in front of my mother to sign the order. I even have emails from her where she was cussing at me to sign this order. Totally unethical and I should’ve filed a malpractice lawsuit. I’ll see if that’s too late still. She allowed opposing council to delay and delay and delay. I hardly saw my child for over a year and then I got stuck with this lopsided totally fraudulent order. Still in court to get it fixed. I’d stay away from Katharine Gonzalez.
Michael Fenger is an excellent attorney and had my best interest all along. I would highly recommend him.
