Too many to list, but most frustrating didn’t send billings or invoices monthly then we tried to contact no return calls. When we kept calling and would finally get someone we would get a $45 charge each time to say going to send. Still wouldn’t receive, call in again and get charged again. Their professionalism is horrible. Lawyers supposed to representing you totally screwing you over and still didn’t ever get help on what we originally went in for. Ran us out of our retainer without our knowledge and then OVER our retainer with us trying to figure out what we were charged for. Now we are out of money & got zero help. Feel conned by situation went for help & now by Johnson & May!!! So heartbreaking…….

Tried to call in to get some advice on proceeding with a current judgement and got laughed at many times by the lady taking my information on the phone. Could barely get a word in without her interrupting me and making me feel like the my situation was ridiculous.

Did not always read documents thoroughly and recommended we sign but then we read the documents and found things we said we did not want.
