Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe how bad this attorney is. I should have known this the day I met him when his office was a complete mess of files. I used him for a divorce back in 2018. I asked him to give me an estimate of what the cost would be. He told me if it was a non -contested child custody case(which it was) it should run me around $3,000. Years later due to him never following up on his own work the bill ran over $10,000. I did the vast majority of work gathering information for him. I would give him copies of how my pension and annuity wanted the QDRO drafted and he would still screw it up. Every time I would call him to see how things were progressing (which I was very apprehensive to do because I knew he hit the meter button every time his phone rang) he would act like it was the first time we ever talked and I could tell he had done nothing. Basically this man had me over a barrel as I had already invested so much time and money into him. When pushing $10,000 and questioning what was going on he would turn it on me saying he’s not going to fight. I had to reel him back in and let him know we weren’t fighting but rather he was being asked legitimate questions. The one thing I will say good about this man was his secretary who could see I was being screwed over I his incompetence. She was the brains and worker of this operation. I wish I could give him zero stars as his incompetence and laziness cost me a lot of time and money.
