Mr. Buckley is not an attorney needed for any type of case. He will talk to you at first, get you to send him a retainer fee, then slowly work on your case and not produce any paperwork. He is awful at returning calls, does not sign paperwork, does not file paperwork in an adequate time frame, gives you false information just to make you think he is working on your case, and then before proceeding he asks for more money to file additional paperwork, mind you he hasn’t filed the first set you paid him for, then when he gets around to telling you how much he actually wants for him to file your case, your case has gotten just about too old to work with.
