This office does not have a receptionist so good luck on contacting them. I tried to get a return phone call for over 2 weeks. I left messages, I emailed them with NO response. Today when I called the Jax office answered (not the 1st time) all they want to do is transfer me to the Kingsland office. So, I left another message stating I have been leaving messages with no response. I finally got a phone call back and was told there was a direct line to their office and then she insinuated I was calling the wrong number. Are you kidding me? I assure you I was not. When I was in your office over 2 weeks ago how come no one told me about this direct number? Why wasn’t I given a business card? When you did finally check the messages how come no one called me back? I was told the email I sent was received but was forwarded to the attorney. Why couldn’t you at least email me back to tell me something, anything. I have wasted so much of my time over this. A lawyer’s office with no one who answers the phone. Nice. Hire a receptionist already.
