I met Patrick McKamy? one day getting home through his brochure through my mail that within the general printing also was printed a personal exclusive to me under my name. But that wasn’t what got my atencion. What got my atencion was the paragraph that was written to me. That took me to meet and see the direccion and intencions of specific human values, so I called him the next day and set up an appointment. I found myself once there with a straight foward, good willed person with a high level of empathy when he explained to me the views, the reality of my case. So there automatically after, I said: Yes To Him, and we started the process. I think I knew right from the day of the brochure that this was going to be what I was going to find. At least hoped without a doubt because many times things are just publicity. I never doubted any of his advises and he always asked for my opinion and if I had any objections, but it really was 100 % confidence in what concerned his judgements that took to the arrangements that he worked out with the prosecutor, and of course his firm, I consider that he got a just arrangement for me according to the reality of the case, I felt fully represented and taken care of within the process. I was not looking to avoid my responsabilities but confronting them and serving them as stated under this tragic accident, that is why I didn’t see any real objection under the reality or it’s cirscunstances that I was held accountable for… Patrick heard my side of the facts in a personal level that was from my situation not an excuse but just the terrible reality that I was going through at that moment that took to this incident.
