Terrible communication. Only way I could get in touch with someone is calling, emailing or showing up in person multiple times. I needed help with refiling taxes from previous years and working with them only prolonged the issue. Always very friendly but never follow-up on any call back or request.
I’ve used Douglas Amidon and his staff for all of my business closings and they have an attentive staff that has been able to close every single one of my deals with no issues.
Nice assistant but staff (Christine) slow to get back to you. First called and then sent an email on 3/25, followed by 4/26, then 5/25 and no response. Then I called and they told me to send in more paperwork which I did on 6/10. Then I reached out 8/12, 8/22, and. 9/18 with a couple of phone messages. A bit annoyed that not one email or phone call back to say they are working on it I called and asked to give me some sort of response and nothing. I reported them to my legal plan, worst communication skills ever not professional.
