Every once in a great while you speak to someone who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also someone who is patient and truly cares about your situation that you reached out about. Mark L. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer my questions, and at times they were redundant, because i had so many and i have 0 tax knowledge. Mark didn’t nickel and dime me, even though our consolation went well over the expected limit. He didn’t just provide one option, he provided multiple and even pathways to achieve and open other doors and possibilities. While I am still very early in my case, if the lead attorneys are like Mark L, which I am sure they are (and I look forward to updating this review with my opinion of them), then you are in good hands. I am still once again early in my tax issues being handled but immediately I could tell by the prompt responses, the knowledge being shared in consultation, the NO BS attitude, and the fact that ACT as a company will NOT charge you more than what you will save x2 at the LEAST by hiring them, its a win/win all around- and that is rare in life, especially in this day and age. I just had to take a moment and say how impressed I was with Mark’s service overall. I talked to 5+ different high profile tax resolution firms and Mark won my business right off the bat, this guy should be promoted but I would hate to see others not get the chance to speak with him from the jump – because he is hands down the reason I am going with ATC for my tax problems. ATC will be straight up and if they cant help you, cant save you a good amount of $$, they will tell you that. They aren’t just trying to get one time business, they are getting business for life and its obvious with their actions. Mark, thanks again for everything and I look forward to progressing with you and your team. I will sleep better tonight knowing I have PROPER AND PROFESSIONAL tax experts representing me, and looking out for me. Dont let the fake, unverified accounts with no reviews scare you away from a free consultation- its probably competitors trying to get customers the scummy way for lack of better words. I will be updating this review as time goes on and as we progress overall, but so far ATC has hands down been one of the best options on the market for the price.
