We worked with Sandy (mostly) on redoing a property deed (finalized in 2023) after my father died. I’m not sure why all the 5-star reviews. Maybe Sandy doesn’t work there anymore? The pricing was not transparent, organisation was poor, and we had to keep on top of them constantly. We felt like our elderly mom was at risk of being taken advantage of. Do no recommend.
