Overall, I had a good experience with Heather, but I believe that she could have done more for me since we had everything in hand to get sole custody of my son who now is stuck with mom more days than he wants to, his mom is abusive. The bills are big and get bigger towards the end of the hearing. After the hearing I recieved at least 2 more bills. I wish any attorney would care more about the best interest of a child and not the best interest of their clients.
I had a wonderful experience working with Chelsea at GEM, she did well in helping me out and getting everything put together. If I HAD to pick one thing I didn’t experience well, it was that I didn’t know what was happening when there were some stretches of time with no communication/updates, and I could have reached out to get a idea of what was going on, and a few instances where I didn’t understand the process we were going through, but that’s why I needed to work with this company! You guys helped get me through it, thank you.
