This law office was able to get me into a treatment rather fast. But aside from that the experience was terrible. I would never retain this office again for anything and would recommend anyone looking for representation to look elsewhere. Staff do not timely return calls or emails. The lawyer who was working on my case told me my underinsured insurance policy would cover what the at fault parties insurance would not. After I returned the settlement agreement the lawyer then said they were mistaken about my policy and my underinsured policy would not help in this matter. I was then told by the lawyer their office was going to attempt to negotiate the medical bills to a lower amount. Way over a year later and no communications. Not even a closing letter regarding my matter.
