Aaron is a plea case attorney, he has no interest in defending you in court. When I explained I wanted to fight my case, he suggested meeting with another attorney to go over the specifics of the case. It was no different than being questioned by the police. They played the good cop bad cop routine and spent an hour trying to convince me into taking a plea constantly telling me the conviction rate for DUI in Marin being 97 percent regardless of the fact that I never drove with alcohol in my system. It was a case of drink after driving. Go spend your cash somewhere else. Aaron’s entire business is to flip DUI pleas for 5k to 10k a pop and advising you of taking the worst possible outcome and he definitely doesn’t like anyone challenging him. He swore up and down the court wouldn’t grant an extension until I told him to ask for it period. Surprise, the court gave me an extension. He simply didn’t want to waste time. He only wants you to plea out and then he can move on to the next case, racking up tens of thousands of dollars every month. Sorry but the truth hurts. At this point, I think he actually works for the DA instead of his clients.
After thorough online review then interviewing a few attorneys by phone I quickly felt Aaron was the best man for the job. I’d like to stress this – Don’t waste your time looking for a better option.
