Eloy represented me on a crime most foul, an alleged illegal left turn onto Mission street from 16th. After receiving the citation, I called his office, and working with his assistant/paralegal Alyce, emailed in photos of the citation and my license, as well as a small payment. Over the next 4 months (!) I received updates via email on my case from Alyce, always positive, ending with a dismissal of the ticket. She kept me up to date on dates and what was going on, and I never had to make an appearance in court or fill out any more paperwork than the writing an initial email and attaching some photos. Extremely easy to work with, and a great outcome!
