Process is very simple for what I needed and they were unable to help
The fact that you think this is Ms.Allen getting others to review, sounds like a personal problem. I listened to the conversation and also did not agree. Also, entitled to my own opinion/review. I payed the money and will take that loss. Myself and Ms.Allen can give the review we would like and that was 1 star. I decided I would put a 1 because I am disappointed with everything overall and truly believe you and your business did not meet expectations and added confusion. The way you handle the situation and your behavior was unacceptable. Even now you’re not taking responsibility. For that and waste of money and time you deserve -5 stars. The disrespect will not be tolerated.
I went to Cal Family Solutions because I was getting a divorce. Let me tell you I was broken hearted and already devastated but when I left they’re office I felt violated! The rudest and most disrespectful people you will ever meet in your life. So if your wanting someone who will empathize with you and try to comfort you while giving you an amazing business experience don’t go here. I found another place I’m very happy with the staff is amazing. They don’t treat you like they are above you.
