D. Larry Gunnel has been a great neighbor, friend and fearless leader of “The Palisades area 8” HOA. He takes time to review, study and makes sure that our community looks good. Larry also works hard on/with the board to keep our costs down without short changing the beautiful Palisades Community we live in. I was a member of the board and really liked working along side Larry because he brings knowledge (legal or CC&R) rules that help us as home owners. I hope one day to again get back on the HOA board to continue to help my friends/neighbors and neighborhood stay as the neighborhood we all “dreamed” of living in.
