Mr. Maclyman was great at first but he never returned the money he collected for me from my ex. So he kept what should have been for my three babies. When the divorce was final I remembered the judge ordered my ex to pay back 1800.00 to my lawyer for myself. When I called the office to request the funds they collected I was told not to call again.
I cannot believe that an attorney operates the way John J. McLyman does. He does not follow up with his client. He looks for the easy way out rarely returns calls, and a divorce that should have taken only 6 months has been dragged on for almost 4 years. I Unfortunity, had secum to sickness and died multiple times in the hospital just to have to also worry about my divorce instead having peace of mind that my case would be handled and completed in a timely manner. I am considering filing a complaint with the California bar. If he cannot handle a person’s case he should just be honest with them. I know that lawyers are liars but please is there any ethical lawyers out there. I am still very sick and unfortunately cannot go down there. If I have to suffer and go there believe me, he will not be happy to see me. . I really have nothing to lose. This guy has no morals and to think I was referred by one of his ex employees who recommended him. What a joke and. Waste of money I do not have, and my unstable time. John hopefully you read this.
