DO NOT come to this lawyer! For 3 years we waited on this guy to help my mom and he promised so much and never did anything. My mom wanted to see my grandma before she died and he promised he would help. That didn’t happen. She died and my mom suffered and cried so bad. Never followed up, never gave updates. We went in person many times and they would say they’re “waiting on paperwork” then we’d go again to hear that they need to resubmit the paperwork because we didn’t submit information on time. They didn’t tell us anything! Last visit was with Ara and he gave us an attitude saying that he told us we have to wait more and I don’t know what. Then he promised he would help again. I got frustrated and had to tell him to calm down because how is he gonna give attitude and be mad at us when we’ve been waiting for years for help. He took $2000+, never gave receipts, and in the end didn’t do anything. And this is that we were referred to him from a family friend that used to work for him!
Stay away from this law firm, they are beyond unprofessional, they are a fraud the receptionist has no idea what she is doing. The so call attorney will schedule a meeting with you and never show, they take their clients money and can’t provide any explanations or breakdowns of the payments. They add fees that have nothing to do with the contract. Their chiropractor parter atlas is a fraud as-well, stay away!!!!!!!!!!! Report to the state bar of California. Complaints filed!
