I called this office and asked if they handled a certain type of case, and the receptionist said yes and immediately transferred me to a legal assistant. No one answered the transferred call. I left a message and eventually someone did return the call. I am not sure if she was a legal assistant because the receptionist was actually more professional than she was. She took down my information and assured me twice that she would call me back—and simply never did. Considering legal cases are time sensitive and generally important, I’m disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism.
