Very arrogant and rude attorney. From the start when I called him, he sounded upset that a customer (me) was looking to find legal assistance. He automatically told me before The conversation started that his fee was $200 per hour and that I had to make an appointment to come in which is fine. But when I called him back he stated that his fees where $350/ hour plus a $1000.00 retainer. I remember when this attorney first began practicing on Waco Dr. in Villareals office. He was humble and ready to help anyone that walked in his door. I was referred to him by a relative because of the good work he used to do but it seems to me that he has too many problems in his life to do his profession properly. I do not recommend that any one go looking for legal help here since he assumes anyone that calls cannot afford his services.
My wife and I have used Mr. Fugate for yrs. He is very good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone.
