Don’t waste your money. He is no longer returning my emails which means I’m out $3k. Someone should put this man in jail.

Triple F- He will waste 100% of your money and time. Keep in mind I’ve reached out more than 10 times for a response of any sort before I came here. This is the first google review I’ve ever took the time to do. I believe it’s necessary. I Hired Damon back in 2021 for a separation involving a child. I went all of 2022 only being able to see my Child when the other party to my case seen fit. Finally Jan 2023 we got something in writing to say I was legally allowed finally to see my child of which I hadn’t been able to to in several months for no good reason. I agreed to certain terms because I was told with in about 45 days we would have a finally hearing and have things set the way we want. I heard from Damon in a few emails in the following weeks about child support in my case. After that damon and anyone working the office ghosted me. I sent email after email, left messages on office phones , cell phones, Text message, even went as far as showing up at the office several times hoping to catch him there and left notes at the door. Nothing for about 5 months. So as i realized I wasn’t of any importance to him and that my case just wasn’t going too e anywhere with him I started consultations with other counsel. On the day I put down retainer with my new counsel I got ccc in on an email that Damon sent to the opposing counsel asking when we could get a date set for final hearing but of course by then it’s to late and still had no trust that he would handle my case any differently than before beefing as he still didn’t replay back to me he only Ccc me in on his email after months of of trying to reach him. So my retainer with him was in totals $8000. 3,000 at first then another 5,000 after it turned into a alleged divorce. He billed out all but 175 on the first 3,000 and the 5,000 I paid n cash isn’t even on the books. Of course since I can’t get ahold of him I’m out $5175 of unused retainer. Not only that but my new counsel can not get a response either to get any of the case files or any info at all about the case from him.
