My divorce and custody case was settled over 10 years ago. When I sought the legal services of this law firm, I was naive and entrusted them with my case. What to keep in mind if you choose to work with David Griffin: he will not represent you fairly, nor will he disclose all information to you about your case that he says he has handled. In my case I was hit by a drunk driver, and needed to sue for my losses… somehow David failed to mention a ticket that the State Trooper gave to me (that was not presented to me on the night of the wreck). He suggested I just take defensive driving since he assumed the ticket had just “gone away”. Makes sense, right? (No). When I made the decision to fight the ticket (for making an “unsafe turn”) David dropped me as a client and said he would not represent me for not wanting to pay for a ticket that was not warranted. So I represented myself, and I won my case single handedly without his “professional” help. Saved me the cost of defensive driving or just paying out the ticket.
