Please don’t listen to the reviews below cause out of all the 6 lawyers I got a consultation. With Mr libersky was the only one to spend time on the phone with me asking questions and the only one that truely acted like he cared in my case
Dirty money hungry attorney. Seemed good at first, he came recommended. I asked about his reviews on stealing money, had an excuse for 1…he was going behind my back and making agreements for custody of my child with the opposing party. Gave personal info to other party etc…I have proof from when I fired him and hired a new attorney. My new attorney asked me why I was offering custody in exchange for expanded visitation.. hell no I’d never do that. He had no answers for my case, didnt even remember my daughter’s name (who we were fighting custody for, for months) and ALOT MORE. He ruined my case, still currently trying to clean it up. I definitely DO NOT recommend Lynn Libersky.
I cannot recommend this attorney. Lynn Libersky is about as good as a court appointed attorney, but that statement might be unfair to court appointed attorneys. He’s a swindler. We paid him thousands up front and he took off with our money and never did anything for it. Taking advantage of people who need help is the lowest of lows.
