This attorney committed fraud! Brian Walters is a scam artist who committed a crime by exposing concealed records illegally and without remorse insulted the State Bar. I have it all documented. This is not a man of honor nor a shred of dignity. I used to follow his self promoting podcast thinking he had a lot of knowledge but stupid me for my thinking. I unwillingly hired a circus clown to represent me and my daughter instead of an actual certified attorney. It’s my fault for not doing my due diligence. By hiring this crook, I put my daughter in even more danger. He was not prepared at all and talked to me for less than 5 minutes the day before the trial. None of the knowledge he vomited on his podcast actually translated to his actions in court. He was clueless with everything going on. He funnels idiots (like me) going through a painful stressful situation through his podcast and doesn’t hesitate to take advantage of us at the worst point of our lives. He demanded more and more payment and threatened to withdraw and abandon me the night of the trial if I don’t deplete my 401k for his selfish benefit. He promised to refund a portion of my money in exchange for foregoing my constitutional right to a jury trial. After I did that, he racked up fees and is refusing to refund. He claimed I owed HIM money. Classic case of client trust mismanagement. Avoid this crook. He is not on your side. Avoid Brian Walters and his firm like the plague. If they had no intention of protecting and helping their clients, they should’ve chosen a different profession that caters to their laziness and cowardice instead of making it painful for everyone else. He still owes me money and is refusing to return it.
