Absolutely terrible service. Terrible communication and After paying almost 3k for a trademark Ive been completely ghosted by Anitria. No way to contact her for over 2 months! I had to hire a new attorney and finish what Anitria started! Take your money ANYWHERE ELSE! Wasted almost 2 years going back and forth just to have to finish the process with another attorney. Still to this day there is no way to contact her. She replied to the google review in 12 hours but still havent gotten an email reply from last month. As of Feb 14th my SOU was not filed for the deadline of Feb 15th so I had to remove her and hire a new atty.
Atty. Stevenson was very prompt, professional, and courteous in handling my legal matter concerning my federally-registered trademark. It was super easy to book a consultation, and her office provided me with several reminder notices leading up to the date and time of our appointment as well as provided me with background information on her firm. They then contacted me at the agreed upon time and she was very attentive and efficient in pointing me in the right direction concerning my infringement matter. Her two decades of experience is definitely a plus in the manner in which she conducts business.
I would not recommend.
