The Law Offices of Kimberly D. Moss, PLLC | Attorney |
The Law Offices of Kimberly D. Moss, PLLC in Sugar Land, Texas, has garnered a mix of reviews highlighting both exceptional service and significant concerns. Many clients praise Ms. Moss for her responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to simplify complex legal matters, particularly in estate planning and family law. However, some reviewers express frustration over communication issues and delays, suggesting that potential clients should carefully consider their needs before engaging her services.
I paid Ms. Moss 500 dollars for a affidavit of heirship. I ran into financial difficulties and lost my phone and access to the internet. When I was able to get them back on, Ms. Moss stopped answering my calls and emails. I’m poor. Getting beat out of 500 dollars hurt me bad. Now I have to pay another lawyer to get the job done. Don’t hire this person. I have tried contacting for over a year now. Plainly, she lacks integrity and doesn’t mind causing pain and hardship to her clients. I just want my money back.
Ms. Moss handle the probate affairs of my deceased brother. It was written in a way that the banks and credit unions could not interpret what Ms. Moss wrote and would not release any funds until they received clarification. Upon requesting clarification Ms Moss could not be found would not respond and never spoke to anyone, the family or the banks and credit Unions trying to interpret what she wrote. This is terrible customer service and a dereliction of duty. I would not recommend this law firm or Ms. Moss to anyone her customer service is horrible simply disgusting. And that my friend is the truth in its entirety.
She was hired by my stepmother in regards to my father’s small estate affidavit. Every bank so far has had issues interpreting the affidavit the way she wrote it, including one who will not release the funds until they can get further clarification from Ms.Moss. My stepmother, myself, and the banks have called on several occasions for approximately a month and her legal assistants always answer saying Ms. Moss is unavailable and they will relay the message to her and there has been no progress, nor has she reached out to anyone. Either they are not relaying the message or Ms.Moss is simply just not responding. Would not recommend if you are trying to get things done in a timely fashion.
