Very helpful and professional.
I would not recommend Ms McGee. It’s my understanding she is no longer in her legal profession, as she is employed at a title company now.
Not to get to personal on the situation as it is still pending other legal proceedings. I reached out to Mrs. McGee in regards to a legal matter with my lease and an domestic violence situation. The rental company turned my lease in as a vacant no information and it was sent to collections. That was in fact not the case as I did provide all the information to the collection agency as well as the property management in Abilene, TX. After going back a fourth and not getting this issue resolved as I did have the right to vacate under the TX law I reached out to the law firm and explained what the situation is and provided all the same documents. Mrs. McGee immediately wrote a letter to cease and desist to both the collections and property management. The letter did get them to handle the situation under TX law as she politely wrote in the notice to both and it has since been removed from my credit report. She was very professional, promote, and understanding of the situation. While I no longer have business in the state of TX I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing her services. Thank you as I said before you have helped me and the kids to be in a better place after all the events that took place and we could not be more grateful.
