I’m an attorney myself and my comment is regarding the firm as I did not have the pleasure of speaking with attorney Barrows directly. What we attorneys value most is our time and what we do with it. I called in to enquire about a case involving our client in New York who was a Texas resident and whomever i was patched through was extremely helpful, informative and insightful. Realizing that I had used more then my professional curtesy minutes, I requested an invoice be sent out to me but the colleague on the other end said “don’t worry about it, it was a pleasure to help out”; you just don’t find this level of commitment anymore, you really don’t. So for what its worth, I give this firm 5 stars and I also just casted my vote for Living Magazine 2025 Readers’ Choice award, they truly deserve it.
