Ella la abogada Christina Neville ah arreglado el status migratorio de mi tio, mis primos, el mio, mis Padres y mi esposo. Actualmente mi hermana y su familia, tienen un caso abierto con ella también. Le estámos muy agradecidos por ser una abogada con mucho conocimiento en el tema de su trabajo. Lo único es que ya después de hablar con ella de tu caso, la mayoria de las veces te atienden las asisténtes, pero de ahí en fuera ella si termina el caso con éxito. Muchas muchas gracias abogada! ❤️
I do not recommend this attorney at all. My case remained in the same status for 10 years. When I originally hired her she stated my case would be easy and I would have my green card within months. After paying her she stated that she had made a mistake and it would take a little longer. Year after year I would get the same answers when I would ask her about status on my case. I learned more about my case doing research on my own than I did while I was with her. She ended up giving up on me after I started asking questions . She simply handed me all my paperwork and said my case was too complicated and she could not do anything . This was after 10 years! I ended up going with a different attorney who was able to get me my greencard within 2 years.
En mi caso estoy agradecido con Dios primero y xk el me mando ahi con ella, ya habia estado con otro abogado inicie mi proceso el me puso aplicar un perdon como si yo estuviera en mexico y yo ya tenia 12 años viviendo en usa, asi que deje pasar casi 10 meses y estaba por vencer mi aplicacion y de ie con otros k mo me dieron nuena espina, me fui con la abogada Christina, checo mi caso y en el mismo momento me dijo SI se puede y tenemos k arreglar el desorden k otros abogados hicieron mal, y asi fue, tal y como ello lo dijo, ya voy a cumplir 3 años de residente, todos muy amable solo able con ella 1 sola vez, pero de ahi tiene a otros ayudandola que son expertos, y ademas la abogada te dice Si o No en el momento que te chequea tu caso si calificas o no, pienso que en otros casos quizas su informacion estaba mal y a la mera hora no les resulto es MUY IMPORTANTE dar la informacion correcta, por la entrevista que tienes en el consulado
