If I could give 0 stars I would Terrible experience with company after they acquired my CPA firm Mike Manoloff in Houston. All was fine for 20 plus years with Mike. After the take over my corporate return was almost late and my personal return was late for the first time in history. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner FORGET ABOUT personal service. I felt like a number instead of a client.
I have done my taxes with Sean for 7 years this company bought him out and didn’t tell me over the phone or email when I talked to them 10x that my new years bill is 245$ more than my last years of $320 now 565$. Wow stealing money and managers response was we will take you to court or collections
