Front office is rude, Zero sense of urgency, they have forgotten who works for who. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and money. This should be illegal.. Did not even get to talk to Attorney. Go woke, go broke.. I would have been the perfect one in my demographic for this community for more business for Pearcy.. Don’t waste your time.
Dylan is great but his paralegals do not communicate effectively through the portal they have you communicate through, I was left with many questions not answered and lots of confusion they don’t always answer their phone or return phone calls and are very poor at communicating. I really did like Dylan when I met with him and hired him because I felt like I could trust them with my case. Communication very poor, meetings missed, and very very slow. I’m sorry but I will never recommend this law firm to anyone because his paralegals are so bad at communication.
He was prompt and thorough and was able to see me on short notice. He walked me through my court order and explained everything and patiently answered all my questions and put my mind to ease. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking legal consul!
