We had 3 cases total. It took 4 years for first case to be settled. The 2nd case was told not to make a claim even though it involving 2 children because it would’ve effected 1st case, that he guaranteed to obtain a minimum to be 100,000 thousand, I only got 23000. I referred a few clients, that I never got compensated for, as I was told that I would be. In Oct 2023, we found out that a driver didn’t have insurance. I only found this out after being told I’d be paid for rental. They did not do their research till 2 weeks later only to find out that the other party did not have required insurance. If they had done any research in the first place they would have found out the other party’s insurance did not cover it. Because of the lack of research and communication, it has cost us thousands of dollars that we will not be able to get back. More importantly, time. Time we could have spent enjoying each other instead of having to research and find someone to fight for us. me and my family had the worst Halloween, thanksgiving and most definitely Christmas do to his incompetence
