Please listen to me!!! If you have a cps case and they just give you a court appointed lawyer PLEASE don’t use Mrs. Duff. Change immediately, she doesn’t really listen to you or investigate your case more likely she’s going to tell you to do whatever cps says even if they are wrong. I never got to speak with her, she was always on vacation, didn’t even really know how she looked until a court date. I actually beat my case myself after firing her just wished I would’ve known she wasn’t on my side from the beginning. If you’re dealing with cps this is not your lawyer take it from me. She doesn’t show up for you like a paid lawyer would, so if you don’t have the money to actually afford her, your best bet is to find another court appointed lawyer ASAP…
