The worst unprofessional and rude lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. I had a bad accident in 2019 which wasn’t my fault and went to ER . We got a settlement from that guys insurance for 30K I got 10K and Zach Herbert got 10K and told me with the rest of the money my medical bills would be paid from that settlement from the guys insurance. I signed a paper where it says that my ER visit paid by insurance. But I’m still getting phone calls from dept collectors and getting bills sent to me that my ER bill wasn’t paid and my radiology bills wasn’t paid. Zach Herbert telling me now 2.5 years later that what it meant is my health insurance paid . But I didn’t even have health insurance. Im still stuck with bills from that accident in 2019 ER visit , my medical bills haven’t gotten paid. He just pocket it the rest of that money. So be careful before you take him as your accident lawyer. Your medical bills won’t get paid when accident wasn’t even your fault and after settlement. He also said to stop emailing him when I just wanted explanation. Was very rude to me on the phone as well. I was lied to that my medical bills would get paid but didn’t get paid . Still 2.5 years later. Now I got bad collections on my credit and left with bills and injuries from accident that wasn’t my fault after settlement.
