I had a deeply frustrating experience with this lawyer. I scheduled an appointment, it was virtual appointment, but never received a confirmation because the message ended up in my spam folder. There was no reminder call nor they reached out me before the appointment. When I missed the appointment and tried to reschedule, the response was both unprofessional and discourteous. My employer provides legal insurance, and the lawyer should have simply advised me to initiate a new case with my employer to reschedule the appointment. Interestingly, after I missed the appointment, he went ahead and submitted a claim and even paid for it. So, in the end, he didn’t actually lose anything.
Mr. Saraiya has been helping our family as a general attorney for several years. Our latest project was estate planning. He is a pleasure to work with and we trust his opinions implicitly.
Answered the call directly without a secretary. He gave me free advice on buying auction houses in the area and was very polite. I highly recommend him as most lawyers don’t directly answer calls nor give free consultation. Thanks again
