Poor customer service, i went in the office waited 30 minutes last week. No one acknowledged me untill i stood up and and spoke up to someone and told them i been waiting for 30min No one greeted or attended to me. They apologized and set up a phone call following week.I went past that. I set up an appointment phone call. And today i got the call. who ever called me was rude. Arrogant and disrespectful just because i had several questions about my situation. He cut me off and and started raising his voice and was Very unprofessional manner. And rude. I will not do business here nore should anyone have to be disrespected or discriminated to ask for services… there are plenty of law offices… very unprofessional manner.
