Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law in Plano, Texas, have received numerous positive reviews, particularly for their exceptional service in probate and estate matters. Clients have praised the probate department for their responsiveness, thoroughness, and the genuine care they demonstrate towards individuals navigating difficult situations. Many reviewers specifically highlighted Demetra’s outstanding support, noting her ability to explain complex issues clearly and her commitment to ensuring clients feel valued throughout the process.
My assessment is based solely on the firm’s deficient communication, specifically the failure to provide timely notification of court dates and to respond to inquiries. Following my complaint regarding a missed court date, I requested a full refund, which the partner initially agreed to provide, but then requested another opportunity to represent me. Reluctantly, I agreed; however, the same communication issues persist. I therefore cannot recommend this law firm.
Absolutely terrible experience. I hired this lawyer for what should have been a simple divorce — no kids, no shared property, no assets — and it still turned into a drawn-out, overpriced disaster. I was charged thousands for minimal work, poor communication, and constant delays. It felt like they were more interested in billing hours than resolving anything. I had to chase them for updates, and every time I called, I got billed again. Save your time, money, and sanity — look elsewhere.
They were great with handling my case, the supervisor of my legal staff was persistent in making sure that I received the health care and the max financial benefit. They make you feel that they really care about you as an individual not just another percentage of their income.
