This company is a joke. I paid them $1700 to start my bankruptcy back in September. I haven’t heard from them since. I keep calling and they keep telling me I need to submit more information. Everything that they asked me to submit I submitted it. When I call, they tell me they’re gonna call me back and they don’t. At this point Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau Because they’re only causing me more pain and suffering at this point.
As Of right now I’m not sure how I feel. They started out great and now that I’m facing repossession on my vehicle they’re not being very responsive. I’ll be back to update my review. It has been 24 hours and nothing has been done yet other than speaking to not even paralegals and I sent out so many emails and called so many times once you’re a client the phone doesn’t ring to the office
Great company understood the problem now we are finding a solution!!!
