Lied straight to my face on more than one occasion! Overcharged me thousands of dollars & with the bare minimum work submitted! Missed every deadline, failed to submit requested items, the list goes on! Do not hire. He will take your money & leave you stranded.
If I could give zero stars to Bill Little, I would! Be very careful hiring this guy. He failed to meet simple deadlines on our case. Charged a total of over 17k and did very little and poor work. We asked him to provide an itemized statement 4 times before we finally received one. Bill Little law firm is in total chaos, we started with Krystal, who is amazing, but then she left the firm. We then met with Bill and he said he would be handling our case and that Michelle, the new attorney, would be helping him. Chaos behind the scenes had the staff in distress causing Ashleigh, the paralegal, to leave the firm and then the new attorney, Michelle, left the firm and things got even worse and the whole thing fell apart. Bill bold faced lied to us when we asked about missing dead lines or even having a simple scheduling order. After he was caught in the lie he tried to blame it on e_mail address changes & threw all three ladiesunder the bus. If you are looking for an attorney that is honest, will work for you, and bill out fairly then hire someone other than Bill Little. You have been warned.
