Don’t know if he is still practicing the internet says he is. If you were looking at him as a lawyer turn around and run. He will lie to you about everything he will tell you that he has your back and he will fight for you. But in reality the moment he gets his money and he took me for 30k he’s done doing anything. And then he will start using scare tactics and using threats towards your own family, insinuating that the law is going to go after them as well. To get you to plea to a crime that you didn’t even commit.
He lies, lied about probation costs, court cost, his cost, (even though the court says he is free). He lies about his negotiations with the DA. Find someone who speaks the truth.
I am now a convicted felon because he lied and lied and lied and did nothing about my case. He took me 15k and won’t show proof of his work on my case. If I could find a lower to sue him I would do it in a heart beat!
