I paid Lee Law firm several hundred dollars to dispute and/or take care of my tickets out of Dallas, Mesquite, Balch Springs and one constable ticket. I waited and waited then finally I got someone to call me back and she told me that “everything was all taken care of” and I said, “what do you mean exactly? What? I don’t have to go to court or pay any fines? Please explain” then she said to me again, ” Like I said, ITS ALL TAKEN CARE OF SO HAVE A GREAT DAY AND IF YOU NEED US AGAIN, DONT HESITATE TO GIVE US A CALL,THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS And try not to get anymore tickets,ok?” I just kind of chuckled and said, ” Wow, that was so easy, thank you so much I can’t tell you how relieved I am!” well about 8 months later I get pulled over and guess what?! I have ALLLLLL OF THE TICKETS THAT LEE LAW FIRM SWORE THEY TOOK CARE OF PLUS MORE FINES AND CAPIAS WARRANTS TO GO ALONG WITH EACH TICKET PLUS SEVERAL FTA WARRANTS AND FINES FOR EACH TICKET (FAILURE TO APPEAR). (CAPIAS means I basically didn’t make good on my promise to the courts to do whatever was agreed upon and now the ticket has to be paid in full or I must sit out every dollar of it in JAIL) so with further investigating I found out that LEE LAW FIRM MADE COURT DATES FOR ME ON THOSE TICKETS THAT I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF AND SO BECAUSE I NEVER SHOWED UP TO COURT THEY BECAME CAPIAS AND ALSO FTA……I CALL LEE LAW FIRM AND GUESS WHAT? THEY DONT KNOW WHO I AM & THEY CANNOT HELP ME…… To hell with this place. I have to spend over 6 months in jail now and my children and newborn have to be without me. What embarrassment!!!!I don’t know what I’m going to tell my employer or my church…..I want to cry.
