Now that I’ve successfully fired these people I can write my honest review. Save your money because they will charge up the ass for every little thing. If you call on their lunch break, if you call and they don’t answer, if they call you and you miss it etc. They sounded really eager to help in the beginning and like they were confident in my husbands case. once I paid the $10k retainer that they would get things moving quickly. It took 2 months of me asking for updates for them to tell me “we are still working on it”. I was always told they would call me back and they never did. The line of communication was hardly there after giving them my money. The lack of reviews should have been my first sign to not hire them. Anyway I decided to fire them and they tried to only refund me a measly 2,000 out of the 10,000. Mind you this NEVER went to court yet, it was all phone calls. The itemized receipt for my refund had so many discrepancies and I had to keep asking them to correct it. In the end my total refund was a little over 3,000 which I still don’t think was fair considering most of the charges were phone calls from me asking for updates. More charges were labeled as “preparing responses for clients questions”. My question remained the same every time I called “is there any update” and their response was always the same .. Anyway I’ve already decided to file a grievance with the state bar of Texas for their unethical work. Look elsewhere, read reviews, and get a reputable lawyer.
