After multiple attempts to get in touch with Mr. Aguilar I am now seeking advice from the State Bar. Even as a public defender, there are still standards to uphold while representing clients. Phone calls will not be returned, the only way to get him to meet with his clients prior to the day of court is to file complaints. Being pregnant and having to be stressed beyond belief due to NO communication and zero effort for decent representation as basic motions could’ve already been filed months ago- I will just continue to follow the advice I have been given & PRAY this man either hires more help or admits he cannot handle his caseload so others can have fair representation required by law.
