I was married to James Elliott for 31 good years together we raised our 2 children and adopted 2 more into our home. It wasn’t until my mother passed suddenly that I developed insomnia, anixety and depression when I needed my husband the most he decided to divorce me. Thats when Melba Bater came into the picture. What a mistake.. I gave her my last $5,000 only for her to grant my husband everything, I had nothing not even a car to drive to try and help myself.
If I could give this lady less than 1 star I would, back in 2021 she was supposed to file the adoption for my wife’s adoptive family so that my wife would no longer have ties to her biological one. 3 years later and we are trying to get all her information together because I am going to PCS and come to find out that Melba never even submitted the paperwork to the court so my wife was never adopted
I hired Melba in February of 2019 and she’s a “mover and a shaker”. She dug for information, taught me how to handle my end to recoeve a positive outcome; and we won!! Now I need her again and was informed of her retirement. I pray that I recieved false information . Melba did her job and came thru for my family and I.
