Lindsey and her staff can be better if they would being caring from start as they are as you meet with them on the phone . Yes, she will give you her cell phone number at the very beginning and talk with you but when you don’t have a clue what’s going on and what to expect with the process and feel left behind on your case you become frustrated and not to mention the loss of your vehicle. Yes you understand that you have other people to talk to and help but keep in mind that you gained the trust of your clients and you don’t leave them alone during their horrible time and believe in you. Now I don’t trust lawyers and their staff ⚕️. Sorry but I’m not feeling well enough to give you a 5 star Mrs. Lindsey McKay, I’ve seen your Facebook page talking about GOD I pray you will improve and work hard to gain clients trust!! Exceptional experience on a very emotional day. McKay took care of so many overwhelming things after the wreck so that I could focus on getting life back to normal.
