These people are absolutely amazing! They are very informative and keep you in the loop about how everything works and what’s going on in your case! I would highly recommend this firm! They truly work hard for you!
Probably a good company to work with. HOWEVER! Not my experience. Initial contact was disappointing. Non-responsive. I needed to see if I could get an appointment to discuss a non compete agreement a potential employ has with current employer.The receptionist said she would pass the message along. Instead of being up front and telling me they were too busy or my issue wasn’t their niche or they’re not taking new clients right now the didn’t respond. They just ignored my multiple request for some kind of response. Finally after a week and a half of trying to get a response she responded saying since I was in a hurry she couldn’t help me. I would suggest if you are a new client …don’t wait more than a day for a response then go on to the next attorney. Its disappointing to be strung along for a week and a half to be told they are too busy to help at this time. My advice to the firm would be to have your staff be honest on the first phone call. Even if you’re too busy to take new business tell the caller up front. It’s helpful because they can then go forward quickly and avoid the wait. Sorry to be negative. Hope it helps… especially the company.
