Florence and Florence in Longview, Texas, has received mixed reviews from clients. While some customers have praised the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, particularly noting Mrs. Florence’s intelligence and support, others have reported negative experiences with certain employees, citing rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Overall, it seems that while there are positive aspects to the service, potential clients may want to be aware of varying customer service experiences.
I received this company’s information from a title company that I do business with. I reached out b/c they did a deed for my uncle. Upon receiving the deed from my cousin, it was discovered that the address for my cousin was incorrect. I called so that I could bring it to their attention. I was transferred to an EXTREMELY rude lady by the name of Linda Anderson. I was telling her the address was incorrect and she rudely replied the deed could still be used. I asked if there was any way to correct it, & she became what seemed like annoyed. She stated “Now I’m having to repeat myself” in a rude tone. After going back and forth I told her she was rude as hell and I hung up. I don’t recommend anyone to use this business if they have to deal with her.
Perhaps the original owner, Ms. Florence, is a sweetheart. I wouldn’t know, because I have not met her. However, the other two ladies in the office, Linda Anderson and the lady who apparently is “not a secretary” (unspecified title), were extremely rude. After waiting 10-15 minutes on my lunch break to pick up an ENVELOPE from Linda, her coworker casually told me she was on a “personal call.” When I expressed that what she said was unprofessional, she told me not to tell her how to do her job (again, unspecified), and that she, in fact, is not a secretary. Congratulations, I guess? This led to Linda Anderson walking out of her office, pointing her finger in my face, and telling me, “You don’t run the show, we do.” She asked “Is this what you’re looking for?” when handing me the paperwork I needed. Not to mention, she mailed the paperwork to the incorrect address, which is why I was there in the first place. Of course she did not own up to HER mistake. Highly advise finding a different law firm for your needs. These ladies lack basic decorum.
I just love Linda, very down to earth professional firm! ❤️❤️❤️
