I’m still getting Dr bills after my settlement and Kevin Oden tell me to call and get on a payment plan unbelievable I thought your attorney took care of all that I guess not for 40% though smh
Kevin Oden was my attorney on a commercial accident. His office is a bunch of crooks. Let me start by saying my case was some what complex BUT that’s why you hire attorneys right?? His assistant Lisa was always extremely nice and helpful and was able to get the cost of my medical bills down so kudos to her. When payout time came, they took their percentage off the top which was a large amount. Instead of paying all of my medical bills FIRST like an normal lawyer does, they got their cut off the highest dollar amount. Kevin was supposed to get 40% and then later told me he did me a favor and took only 30%. With this being said..he got back THOUSANDS more than me, almost 30,000 to be exact. With my payout supposed to be 40 or 30% I most deff should have still got back way more than they did. I have called several real times to address this matter and of course have not received a call back. If that’s not some thiefs in the night, I don’t know what is.
