I hired Seth for my son’s custody dispute with his ex girlfriend. Unfortunately Seth had to drop us because the other side claimed they talked to Seth before we did. Seth said it was in our best interest for him to not represent us, not to waste time and money because the judge could rule in the other sides favor because of claim made by the other side. Seth returned all of the money we paid him and sent my son all of the court documents in a well organized tabbed binder. If you want an honest attorney hire Mr. Evans! Wish we could have kept him as our attorney.
